Once your order is deposited into the Courier Guy Pudo locker, you will receive a tracking number from us. You will receive a notification and a pin number from The Courier Guy Pudo once your parcel is in the designated locker. You have 24 hours to collect your parcel.

Approximate time taken from dispatch to the receipt of goods (once a courier waybill number is received)
- Major Centres: 1-3 working days
- Regional Areas via Courier: 2 to 5 working days
- Remote Areas via Courier: 5 to 10 working days
We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to the fault of the courier. We will, however, assist where we can to help track your parcel.
If you are sending your driver or your own courier, please click ‘Own Courier Collection’ There is a small fee as we make sure your product is packaged properly to ensure zero breakages. We cannot take responsibility for items broken in transit by your courier.
Where there is no packaging charge for collection. Goods are packed in a clear sleeve. Breakage is at your own risk. If you are concerned that you might break the goodies, please select ‘own courier collection’. We will then package your goods securely.
Also please note deliveries will only take place during business hours during the week between (8-30am and 5pm)
Please be note that we try to recycle wherever possible. The box may be filled with shredded paper, so please open your box/satchel carefully. The box itself may be a box that we are recycling from a box that was sent to us. We do not, however, compromise on the quality of our products!
